Konrad,

First, I never brought the subject up to the guy. He saw my computer screens when he was in to buff my wood floors and started lecturing to me.

Second, you are correct, many times t/a guys screen for trades using certain criteria without regard for whom or what the company does or sells. However, I said this guys made a living sanding floors NOT trading stocks.

I suppose you missed the point of my original post. The point was this floor refinisher had no knowledge of the company that goes by the name Intel but he was buying something called INTC. I'm sure your t/a guys have at least heard of Intel and what it is it sells.

How about you smartguy, everheard of Intel? Kind of a dumb question, yes? Goes directly to my point.
