This is the line in #768 that I was making ref. to when I said, "secret sources."

I will not jeapordize my channels of info to prove anything to you or anybody else.

As for the SEC stuff, I'll do some looking. If you have the document titles, dates, or form #s please post them. If you have previously posted them please give me a post # and I'll go look there.
