"The existing laws against murder ARE enforced and the act of murder IS prosecuted. Try reading the papers." Why do you think that partial birth abortion is done the way it is? It's done that way to avoid a murder charge. The idea that killing an unborn child is or isn't murder based on subjective feelings of the mother is ridiculous and will be looked back on in the future as such.
