I'm telling you, when the conventional born-on-third-base MBA process-driven managers take over a company from the entrepreneurs, IN A HYPER COMPETITIVE MARKET, its over.

Dynamism and sustainable competitive advantage requires agility, passion and risk, not just focus groups and management by textbook. Its like "speed" in baseball, "passion" for better customer technology never slumps.

In the long term, elephant Google is vulnerable, so is Facebook.

Go get em YHOO. Be like the 2011 St. Louis Cardinals.
