when have you EVER seen a class action suit bring about any meaningful recovery for any shareholder. Class actions are brought about by lawyers for lawyers. "Many legacy shareholders have been decimated." Guess you boys need to double down. Lawyers arent ever going to make a dent for you. "I won't pay greater than Buffett's price of $7.14 per share." actually you will pay where the market is or you wont buy any shares. " I own too many shares" Well yeah, ANY shares are to many. Unless it goes up, then you dont own enough. Funny how that works. you don't like managment, you dont like the government intrevention, You dont see the demoncrats/obama allowing any profit, they wont put countrywide in BK and the only hope you have is that the lawyers are going to recover your losses. Perhaps you ought to try another stock?
