Regarding the registration of 25,000 sales by Zimmer: he is the founder of Fractal, and after the merger he owned 465,000 shares of MCRE. This is only about 1/20th of his stake and therefore is not significant. It's not as though he were bailing out or anything. As for the other sellers, the 10/28 to 10/31 dates of the sales indicate a probable relation to the stock market scare that week rather than to some kind of company problems emerging.So I don't think these tea leaves say anything about MCRE pro or con.
