jackson. your letter is remarkably astute. you have asked for "uncompromising" disclosure on issues for which management bears, if not a direct fiduciary responsiblity to shareholders, then certainly a persuasively ethical obligation. you have spoken frankly, but in an admirably appropriate tone; i will be very surprised if dr. frost does not respond with alacrity. these questions deserve his serious, and immediate consideration. i must compliment you jackson; i have often been called upon to draft difficult and diplomatic letters: yours is a superlative model. thank you for your considerable effort in this regard. randy
