Jane, I was under the mistaken impression this thread was dedicated to Metaphysics and Spiritual Practices. You know, symbols, and myths and ritual and how humans use them in practice. I wasn't aware this thread was for the purpose of evangelizing with a hammer. If I could see even a glimmer of hope that all this would lead to a discussion of metaphysics I would stick around and verbally duke it out, but I don't. Besides, a snake? So now I'm a snake, a liar, a pretender with words and an "attacker of the Lord's character" and probably many other things. And all signed off with "affection". If that's how you express your love I pity your enemies. I have been trying to get back to metaphysical topics by listing words germane to the field, by submitting to answering Tomatoes posts on ACIM and inviting rebuttal even though I'm not really interested in ACIM, by stating some of the laws that esoterics all over the world live by and by quoting from literature and scripture to arouse interest in a given principle. Regardless of who I am and wheather my motive is neurotic egoism or ultruistic, regardless of wheather I am christian, buddhist, jew, muslim or hindu, regardless of wheather I am in the clutches of Beelzebub or his grandson, just plain regardless; this thread, I thought, was meant for the exploration of ideas. My mistake; for you have fashioned the war between powers and principalities and placed it squarely on this thread. And as God's green beret, you stand guard vigilantly lest anyone err. I despair finding words that can pass your censure and enter into the field of open debate and discussion. So be it. Another one bites the dust.
