I would assume exactly nothing based on the rumors. A slightly larger screen would be nice, however. I've seen a few of those big Samsung phones, and they give me screenis envy. Or they did until I got the iPad.

They are also too big to fit comfortably in a front pocket, and look like dinner plates when held up to one's head. I doubt that Apple is going to release a product with those design problems.
