(Time to build pipelines from West to East so we can get oil from the continental center to East and West Coast refineries and they won't have to buy Brent at a $20 premium to WTI. The North/South full Keystone will likely actually *raise* gasoline prices for US consumers as it will eliminate the discount pricing that prevails in the mid-west by letting Canada get better prices for it's exports by reaching world markets through our Gulf ports. The exact *opposite* of what an East/West pipeline expansion would do for domestic gasoline prices. <G>)
