"This would be a $3-4 stock overnight if management resigned and brought someone competent in to run the business." You hit the nail on the head. I don't buy stocks in hopes of a buyout, but new management could do wonders with optimism. Nonetheless this one intrigues me, and with like 30 million shares, that would be 22-23 million market cap. So much potential, especially with CNG tanks. I'm nibbling a small chunk at .75, since I may be too early. They have another 120 million authorized to sell. They offered at 0.95 in December and then sold more shares in the upper-80's three months later. Huh? Maybe it is to someone else in mind...look what happened to RAM energy when new management came in.
