Robert,

Your numbers look to be in the ball park when compared to a six year forcast put together by Everen Securities. They are looking for the independent market for the North American/European market to grow from 64% in 1994 to 77% in 2000. Align-Rite's market share is forcasted to grow from 9.5% of this market in 1994 to 13.9% in the year 2000. Japan, which is about 35% of the World market is not included in the above numbers. Their market is quoted to be almost 100% captive (Big surprise) and relatively high cost compared to our market. If this nut gets cracked, growth for the independent photo-mask companies could really get a shot in the arm.
