What is the purpose of a grand jury, sir?

Are you suggesting the prosecutor should walk in and assume the role of defense counsel?

The defendant will get a day in court for that .. if the prosecutor's evidence convinces a grand jury to issue an indictment.

Never met a prosecutor who would walk into a grand jury, knowing sufficient exculpatory evidence existed for the suspect to beat the charge. That would be a bit silly wouldn't it?

Has nothing to do with any prosecutor's integrity, Kenneth .. nothing ... not at a grand jury.

You're allowing others to do your thinking for you, i.e. the media.

Does that make any sense to you?
