They didn't know it as you described. They don't have evidence the black male was screaming. They don't have evidence the hispanic was chasing the black male. You are a mess. They do know the the hispanic expressed suspicion and followed the black. They do know he was told by the dispatcher they (the police) didn't need him to follow the black male.

You add lots of character to the issue. I believe you need to get the pitchfork and torch and get your butt to Florida.
