Is that true? How do you know so much. Please post how you get your juvenile records. You shock me Kenneth! What is the investigating officer's name? Did he send injured hispanic to the hospital first? Did a different officer, investigator etc take the young hispanic fellows statement? Was the officer/s at the scene told not to speak with anyone until the investigators from the county got there? I don't think you know much. This isn't administrative law here.
