Snow, JBI's new IR man, Chris Irons, will answer your question directly if you write him; his email address is on the Company's website. He's one of the new hires JBI recently invested in and he's already improving the Company in a very tangible way.

However, since I talked with him last night, I can save you the effort on this particular question as I asked him and he doesn't know for sure--how could he since it's another agency making the decsion--but they think it will come in quite short order--the impression I got was 2 weeks or less. The agency in question just came last week for a surprise inspection and JBI past 100%.

I suggest you e-mail JBII, since they seem to respond to your e-mails, to ask when the application for a modificantion of the Solid Waste Permit was sent. JBII is still operating at a substantial loss and it is important that the two processors start producing at maximum capacity.
