At Apple, Inc., I helped revolutionize the way a retail company conducted business in a 30-foot store environment. As a Mac Specialist, my job was namely to inspire, assist, delight and impress the customers of Apple, Inc. on a daily basis. Adaptability was a tremendous “must have” for a position that took a different turn almost every day. Mac Specialist was a very dynamic position that included a multitude of tasks including consulting, personal training, sales, hardware service, and hands-on customer interactions. Within six months of my hire date, I was part of the 8% of store employees that were selected to become new hire trainers, and was sent to Apple, Inc. mentor training. I also actively took place in the remodel of an entire 30-foot
retail store.

Handled inventory, ordering, and cost management of over 400 items that a multimillion dollar restaurant depended on for imperative day-to-day operations. Single-handedly took on a full restructuring of inventory system, helped build a consistent clientele that increased sales on an everyday basis, and placed orders in a fashion that improved upon cost efficiency while not negatively effecting business. For the first fiscal year that I was placed in charge of performing inventory and handling orders, our restaurant was recognized as having the best year-to-date improvement in cost out of the 500+ corporate restaurants worldwide.
