Have avoided this thread mainly because of you Kenneth and your nonsense.

You have a law background yet you comment like someone with little respect for the process of letting the legal system work.

I don't know the truth in this situation nor do you.

One thing I can say is that ------------

A five day suspension from school is a very serious suspension--------a principle does not give out 5 day suspensions lightly---I know I have worked in education.

A light suspension is staying after school hours for supervised detention while the student does homework or just sits and for goes hanging out with friends or playing sports or going to a club meeting.

A light suspension is for at most a couple of days.
