TWY, > I have to say initial reports looked very bad for this Zimmerman guy.

I don't think we'll ever know for sure, but I do think Zimmerman, by getting out of the car, wanted to confront Trayvon. His comments recorded in the 911 call also suggested that he wanted to take the law into his own hands.

I don't know whether Trayvon was looking to commit a crime or not, or whether Trayvon got hostile when confronted by Zimmerman. That's probably the gray area that will determine the difference between murder and self-defense. And that's probably why Zimmerman will never be convicted because it's impossible to conclude one way or another.

But I do believe Zimmerman crossed a fine line here. Easy to do when you're a vigilante.
