By the makeup, by the lack of any background objects, by the unnatural hair and hair extension, by the focus on the face while ignoring other human anatomy, and by the mix of pastel and ink, this definitively is not a Leonardo. It's not even an "in the style of" by one or two or a few students, taking a crack at it at different times.

Kate Ganz was ripped off for the $21,850.

Guessing the value in U.S. Dollars doesn't seem right either, except to pull a fast one in New York or as a sloppy National Geographic headline. If it had been ... "may be a €75,000,000 Leonardo" it would have been more credible.

The line separating the two background segments continues precisely into the line separating the two different hair color segments. This was an amateur mistake.
