tonto, your own state of WI has a stand your ground law. Recently, a young person was attending an underage drin king party. The police broke up the party and the youth fled and hid in an enclosed front porch. The owner got his gun and shot and killed the youth. He was not charged. That is how that law works. I don't like it.
