All American Food Group Signs With Host Marriott Services

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 24, 1997--All American Food Group (NASDAQ: AAFG - news), which
franchises and operates 41 Goldberg's Bagel stores, has entered into a licensing agreement with Host Marriott Services,
the world's leading food and beverage concessionaire. The agreement makes Goldberg's an approved brand for all Host
Marriott-operated units worldwide and, as a first step, calls for the opening of a 2,700 square-foot ''Goldberg's New York
Cafe'' in the new International Arrivals Terminal at Kennedy Airport.

The JFK restaurant will feature new menu segments not currently available in traditional Goldberg's stores. In addition to
authentic New York bagels, spreads, and deli sandwiches, the company will offer a unique line of international gourmet
soups, freshly baked pastries and desserts, and a full bar along with table service to accommodate 75-100 patrons.
Several other ''non-traditional'' locations under the Goldberg's New York Cafe banner are under development in the New
York area with openings scheduled for late 1997.

''This agreement opens up a new world of opportunities for our company'', says Andrew Thorburn, All American's CEO.
''It gives us the chance to rapidly expand our core bagel business and to introduce our exciting, new gourmet soup
concept in some of the busiest, most highly visible locations in the world. Through our recently established non-
traditional division, we believe we can take full advantage of the enormous opportunities this agreement offers our
company in terms of building both brand awareness and profits.''

Host Marriott Services is the leading provider of food, beverage and retail concessions at more than 200 travel and
entertainment venues worldwide and has concentrated its recent growth initiatives on international airports and shopping
malls. The Goldberg's name joins an impressive roster of Host Marriott partners that includes Burger King, Taco Bell,
Pizza Hut and Starbucks Coffee.

All American Food Group franchises a traditional bagel deli as well as a full Kosher deli concept under the Goldberg's
New York banner. It has also begun a major rollout of a proprietary line of international gourmet soups, both through the
Goldberg's franchise system and through major food service chains on a co-branded basis. Since its initial public offering
in December 1996, AAFG has grown from 11 to 41 stores. Current expansion plans call for a total of 60 stores to be in
operation in ten states by year-end 1997.
