Both. An artist in Utah is creating a bit of a stir for a painting he created that depicts President Obama holding a burning Constitution. The painting, "One Nation Under Socialism," was created by Jon McNaughton who has written that he believes the U.S. is moving in the direction of socialism. In an explanation of the painting that was posted on his website, McNaughton wrote that there has never been a recorded example of socialism leading to the "betterment of the human condition or improved the liberty of the people."
