I found the site on a liberal friend's fb page. I basically came up with the same answer you did. Why would anyone hire or spend when they're surrounded by the unknown, and lack confidence? She has also asked the question why people are willing to accept Medicare and Medicaid yet they don't accept Ocare. She's college educated, but the simplest things have her completely baffled.

They really are like children.
