Billy, Sounds like Lucent is making their own chips with E-beam Lithography. "E-beam lithography -- very expensive and not for mass production." Would you think that a plant with 180 to 300 machines using 30nm technology on 14" wafers mass production? The additional capacity is being built in the Fishkill area by big blue... Been sitting on this info for months before the official announcement. (A lot of friends work at Watson and Poughkeepsie plants). Just to let you know that the cost just came down..... GEorge
