regarding Clownbucks comment: "Screaming buys typically create nothing but losses for me." I'd say many of us who have been here for a while have experienced that. Imo it's only the more inexperienced investors who will actually say "screaming buy". Even at market lows I find it rare to hear any value investing pro's say such a thing. Because nobody knows how low the market or individual stocks can fall. That said though, I'm willing to bet on an HPQ recovery. I have just a few shares, and I'm willing (and did) add a few more to my position today. Screaming buy though... no. Not imo.
