Keep in mind, in light of your short Spyder position, that early December has a positive seasonality bias and year-end bonuses would be helped by a rally.

Nearer-term, the bearish case needs to work it down to offset the damage done by the past 6~7 days. A 65 point OEX gain in such a short time frame implies that huge moves will continue, wiping out many small traders, leaving the index trading to a small group. That small group will suck wind, as many have likely become very greedy with the fortunes made over the past expiration. Dropping it down a ton then rallying it positive in a single month will not bring much new speculative money into the game.
