Dell bulls are so quick to arms! I do sense some nervousness this time though. Call them pre-earnings jitters!

For your info, I've made good money on out of the money naked calls both last month and previous earnings. I expect to make money again.

A little story for you. I took some of my profits last quarter and decided to help you bulls by ordering a computer from Dell. I went to their web site to order and found the prices to be way out in left field. I sent e-mail and called Dell for a quotation and never got a response. Their service, which bulls here say is great, to my surprise stank. I gave up trying to buy a Dell computer. I also like those new low-cost Presarios. Re-read some of my earlier posts where I predicted that Dell would eventually start hurting from the lower pricing of computers. Their decision not to enter the low-cost arena is starting to hurt now. Their growth may slow down and any hint of this will.... you know what I mean.

Here are my predictions. Dell will make the whisper, but just barely. They will have a difficult conference call as concerning margins and will not announce a split. They may even announce that they are seriously considering entering the sub 1000$ computer arena.

I am going to sell naked calls tomorrow morning if we have a spike-up in price.
