If people want to send their ids ot provate schools fine, but they need to pay for it.

So you want free education to the Phd level for all, but only in public schools? Do you propose expansion of the public universities sufficient to provide that? Do you really believe that many private colleges could survive in competition with free public schools? You accuse the neocons of trying to destroy public schools, but your plan would destroy private colleges, which are by any measure the most successful part of the US education industry.
