We're still waiting, tell us how your free universal education amendment would work. If any of us believed it was possible, we would probably support it.

You always have reasons why things won't work.

It comes with being an engineer, risk mitigation is an essential part of my work. When I design anything, one of the first questions is always What can go wrong? If I don't get that answer right, bad things happen.
