03/27/2012 ORDER granting 201 Motion for Joinder - As no party has raised any objection to this motion that was filed more than two months ago, and the court having reviewed the supporting papers on the motion, the court finds good cause has been established for the joinder of BusinessTalkRadio.net, Inc. and BlueStar Media Group, Inc. to this action. Accordingly, plaintiff's motion to amend the complaint and to join BusinessTalkRadio.net, Inc. and its parent company, Blue Star Media Group, Inc. as relief defendants is granted. 03/27/2012 ORDER granting 174 Motion to Intervene - For the reasons set forth in the papers submitted by the U. S. Attorney for The Eastern District of NY (the"government"), the government's motion to intervene and for a stay of discovery in this matter is GRANTED. The fact that the government is conducting a criminal prosecution and a continuing investigation into the defendants named in this case, the criminal matter (Dkt. # 10-cr-600) and other related civil actions before the undersigned is sufficient good cause. Moreover, the criminal matter is soon to come to a conclusion and, therefore, the delay in discovery in this matter will not prejudice any of the parties.
