Accordingly, plaintiff's motion to amend the complaint and to join BusinessTalkRadio.net, Inc. and its parent company, Blue Star Media Group, Inc. as relief defendants is granted. 03/27/2012 ORDER granting 174 Motion to Intervene - For the reasons set forth in the papers submitted by the U. S. Attorney for The Eastern District of NY (the"government"), the government's motion to intervene and for a stay of discovery in this matter is GRANTED. The fact that the government is conducting a criminal prosecution and a continuing investigation into the defendants named in this case, the criminal matter (Dkt. # 10-cr-600) and other related civil actions before the undersigned is sufficient good cause. Moreover, the criminal matter is soon to come to a conclusion and, therefore, the delay in discovery in this matter will not prejudice any of the parties.
