Don: I also heard there might be a news release some time this week. I really thought the price would be above where it is now. It is real hard to predict share price on things like this. I would certainly think that just on the figures they have discussed in possible contract sales in past news releases that the share price should go to multiples of current levels IF they finalize a deal. Should does not necessarily mean it will. I think that enough of the right people have to know about what WNCR has and the revenue potential of a deal. That will certainly influence share price positively. Currently WNCR has a proven limestone reserve but no signed sales deals. If they can not sell product then all they have done is dilute shareholder value. However they certainly appear to be well into negotiations as the news release said the plan is to sell at least 400 000 000 tons of the product. Just common sense would tell me that they would have "tested the waters" on potential market for the product before they ever decided to give 1/3 of the shares outstanding to someone. They must sincerely believe that they can sell this stuff or they would not have gone to the trouble of acquiring the property. I think that somebody else in this forum spoke to the $26 share price. I honestly do not know but I think someone said that is where they were going to do their financing at and then the financing fell through--I just do not know. I heard we might get news this week. I do not know what it will be but I hope it is on a contract for sales of the product. That would stand to reason as the logical sequence. They did mention in the prior news release that is what their plans were. I only hope that is what happens. You should just call the IR group. They answered all my questions--I talked with "Winston" I think his name was. He answered all my questions, that he could anyways. They will fax you news releases if you call the office I think. If you visit their web site they will email you news releases from there but I am also receiving them from cdn-news.com which will email you them free from their "hot off the wire" service. there are news releases from several companies that I get from that site. It is free which is the best part. Since Halloween volume has been usually above 40 000 and as many as 350 000 shares a day. I hope something positive happens but the company seems to be moving along at a nice pace with news so lets just hope it continues. Rob
