Take into consideration and take out the value of their new building and real estate assets are 35-40 million, the current cash on hand, value of the fab(I don't care if its a yard sale it worth at least 400 million, even cut that in half and say 200 million), so what is the market saying about the value of S3 business?? Or is its sending a statement about management???
