So, say I had a criminal record and somehow you think I had a weapon and I also refused you coming to my house, and you would just kill me? Really? I'm not a cop - I have no right to come into your house. That said - if you refuse lawful searches by police based on the fact you probably lost your gun rights as a criminal and you put up a fight and they think it necessary to shoot you - they will not be prosecuted for your death. Whether you did or did not have a gun is not important as long as they had legal authority to search and a fear you intended to harm them. Are you 12?
