Have the costs of premiums in MA started rising FASTER than the rate of national increase (in the years since 'Romneycare's passage)? Or has the rate of 'normal' increase in MA ramped up more than it was before in the years since?

Anyway... I think the article actually *did* make reference to this. Perhaps you missed it?
