Probably the most annoying thing to me that airlines don't enforce is baggage in overhead compartments....many passengers shove, push, and cheat to board first and take any overhead they want to, often with grossly over-sized luggage.....airlines don't want to lose business so they don't enforce the rules......I know at least two people who fake handicaps to board early... The second most annoying thing is passengers standing up in the aisles almost as soon as the wheels touch the runway when there is usually a 10-15 minute wait until they are actually cleared to do that.... This is especially annoying if the passenger is going to baggage claim with the rest of us..
