Oscar, it is my understanding that the stock option is fully (100%) exercisable in four years (2001), i.e. 25% per year. Sterling can only exercise the first 25% a year later, and so on.

I know that this is a common rule for stock options offered by companies. I hope it's the case for BCMD.
