OT: Only a few posts here today, so I'll take the time to bring up a few stocks mentioned here previously that I've followed and that maybe others here have too -- some stocks that don't get much posts here.

Emerson: EMR. Sold position today. Might still be okay for a buy (based on low forward p/e and timeframe for holding). finance.yahoo.com
I'm concerned about a market correction, so with this one, my fear has got the better of me, and I'm out for now.

AMLYN. Sold 1/2 yesterday, 1/4 today on news reports of Bristol Myers acquisition offer.

Tortoise Power and Energy Infrastructure Fund (TPZ). I'm still reducing my position in this one, even as stock has come down in past few days. I prefer the higher distribution yields elsewhere. I have added today to my positions in bdc PNNT and lp BWP.

I added a few more shares of MHR today, as the e&p stock has fallen. (Fallen along with most others)

I sold 1/2 my small position in SENEA. With a view to buy back if stock drops back.

I added (small) to ABX today as gold and commodities continued to drop.

I added (small) to weapons/ammo manufacturer ATK today as that stock continues to fall.

I stepped up and opened a tracking position in CACI. "CACI provides the professional services and IT solutions needed to prevail in today's defense, intelligence, homeland security and federal civilian government"

Wondering how the nat gas glut will affect nuclear energy. I guess some sort of tradeoff between the populace's fear of nuclear meltdown or something, vs. the benefit of nuclear not having carbon emissions (I believe). With USEC now about $1.08 -- I take that as a call option bet that nuclear (and USEC) won't go away. I have a small losing position in USEC, and I'm adding to it at the current price.

And a whoops on Goldfield (a Florida condo developer and electrical construction contractor). I sold stock after first rocket ride (company received big new order). And thus missed yesterday's second stage rocket ride (on huge volume), after company announced good earnings. I may not have understood (and may not understand now) exactly what I owned here. (That happens to me sometimes given the number of different positions I hold.) Meanwhile GV's been a double/triple for any of us here (just a few shares for me) who were still in for the first rocket.
