Nothing Zimmerman could have said justifies assault by Trayvon - the ACTUAL contact is when Trayvon ASSAULTED Zimmerman. Trayvon sounds like a hot head ready to go off on someone - fortunately he picked the wrong guy as opposed to some defenseless person, child or elderly couple. You may very well be correct. I don't know the law. I'm just saying Zimmerman should bear some responsibility if he continued the chase. I actually doubt he did as he was arranging to meet an officer who he asked for and was on the way. He also said I don't know where this kid is at. Seems like he would head back to his truck under those circumstances. Bring on the lie detector. I thought they are often asked for prior to charges. I've seen enough on Trayvon to know he was a punk........probably exactly as described by Zimmerman.
