Frank, You are correct. The replacement value of S3 iswell in excess of its current value without putting a value on market presence and recognition. The stock is at current levels due to management failing to instill the necessary confidence in those that have invested or want to invest in S3. Until there are clear measures taken to address the obvious shortcomings the stock will linger around current levels. The leadership of S3 has been granted a window of opportunity to take these important steps. It is up to us to make sure they do. Failing to make the best of this opportunity may cost us all.
