Local (Kazak) partners explain the non-announcement 2 weeks ago: * Faris was not in town and they were waiting for him to come. * Papers were signed properly, but in the registration certificate a clerk missed one word in the four words name of the JV ("Usturt"). They had to correct it. bye, .k1b0 (no other info! hold the mail!)
