Well Paul, Can you field this comment?: "HLIT also is supplying 21st Century with optoelectronics for their Chicago build out that is going to blow TCI out of Chicago. TCI is bleeding all over the country from cities using utilities to compete,to new entrants like 21st Century and Teligent. Hiram"
