The man you are attacking says he was assaulted and there is no argument that he just killed a man at very close range. The sound of the shot, the shock of the beating and realization that someone was dead. That is enough to send any man's head swirling about.

You argument doesn't hold water and wouldn't in front of any Judge or Jury. You are simply being ridiculous. It is obvious that you have never been in a life threatening situation. Perhaps that is why you appear to resent law enforcement and members of the armed forces.
