The discussion of body types is funny to me. I am a long time Mixed Martial Arts fan. In the early days of the sport, there were no weight classes. The early days were dominated by a man called Royce Gracie, who practiced a style of fighting called Gracie Jujistu. In those early days, they would have tournaments where winners would advance to the next round and at the end of the night a champion would be declared - NO WEIGHT CLASSES.

So 176lb Royce Gracie would fight about five guys on one night in these tournaments and most of them would be at about 240lbs of muscle, but could range up to almost 400lbs of mostly blubber. He dominated most of these fights, because of his skill.
