Yes sir, that's true, with pretty much any of the higher quality modern semi-autos, for sure. I have seen Glocks malfunction due to 'limp wristing' by newer shooters. They don't put enough of a 'set' in their wrist/arm to give the action sufficient force to push against, to cycle. I have seen one malfunction due to ammo ... evidently the round left the factory without sufficient charge, or something. It just wouldn't cycle the action, after it fired .... but the round did make it out of the barrel. I have a friend who was on the department swat team, who carries a model 23, and he told me he had over 10,000 rounds through it with no malfunctions and no replaced parts. Proper maintenance/cleaning is just a must. Take care of your pistol and it will take care of you! I imagine you have some good stories ... bet you're too far away to have a cold one together! LOL
