I think the guys were very sincere and quite determined to succeed. One thing specific they said was that the Nortel relationship was being renegotiated "as we speak." My sense was the renegotiation were being conducted to free Shiva for a takeover.

Nevertheless, looking at the chart, there are much better stocks to buy. If you already own Shiva, you might as well hold on.
