a victory for the unions. somehow it sounds more like you are saying...A Viktory for Unions Comrades. The only reason that failed was because the State did not include Law Enforcement in the clause that denies the collection of dues and did not articulate a reason for the same. That can be remedied. It is a good thing you added "for now". The grabbing of the union dues from checks now , especially teachers, will highlight just how much is taken as people feel more impact when something is taken from them. Especially in this instance where they know the money only gets thrown into the political war. Like in the Martin case, I can wait
