we can't All due respect, but we need to change our attitude to one where we know we can or we will continue to lose battles and eventually the war. You and I know liberals have been very successful in riling up their base and we CAN do the same thing. As a TP coordinator that is what I am doing. I am witnessing this movement first hand, and I think it is growing. The biggest challenge is to get what I call boots on the ground people out of their comfort zone and active. Most are content to sit at home and watch tv in the evenings because evenings (and weekends) are the only free time they have, but in order to get a handle on this out of control government, citizens need to get involved. We conduct monthly meetings where we educate people and they educate us..........it is a joint effort where everyone counts. We exchange email addresses and send informative emails out all the time. And you're right...........it is an uphill battle.......but the more the word gets out, the more interest we are seeing. I went to a training session Thursday night on how to get out the vote and the room was packed. People were lined up against the back wall and had to take their notes on clipboards. Some were old and a lot of them were young..........I was so glad to see a large under 40 representation............people are concerned, fed up and fired up. If you truly are concerned about the future of our country and the effect it has on your family you might want to become an activist. Join your local GOP or TP and go to their meetings, and then volunteer. Volunteerism is the key to winning elections and our side desperately needs volunteers. Liberals have so much money they are actually willing to pay people as much as $2.00 a door to canvas neighborhoods. I spent several years here and elsewhere on line and in the real world complaining about what I was seeing the left do to this nation and one day (shortly after BO was elected) I told myself if I was serious, I had to stop whining and become active. So I did and there is no going back for me. You'll notice in a lot of my posts that I encourage others to do the same. Our country is experiencing a Constitutional awakening and everything depends on whether we are willing to work hard to make sure the rule of law is upheld. You have to believe this and you have to remember it. WE are the grass roots. WE are the ones with the power and the ability to make change. WE are the United States of America. If WE do nothing more than complain on message boards WE deserve what we get.
