Fixing the preconditions issue is a lot different than taking over the whole system.

FWIW - my biggest problems with Obamacare are that it is unfunded and that I fear it will result in a reduced quality of care.

My position on Health Care reform was that it was needed, it should be honestly sold, honestly priced and honestly paid for. There is absolutely nothing honest about Obamacare.
