Funny how when you follow the money for most of those, or maybe all of them, you come to the same little sliver of society. And like any sliver, leave it there and you will get a terrible infection.

I think the end game is to milk out the remaining wealth of the middle class via medical industry. Another twenty years, and that should about do it. A side show will be via taxation to keep us safe by building prisons and putting the most scary few five or twenty million people behind bars.

If the GOP can get rid of Medicaid, then one can be fairly sure that the prison business will skyrocket with millions more who have lost their access to medication and thus that tenuous barrier between barely rational and who knows what...
